PET POLICY: Allows for 2 pets maximum, with a strict 25 lbs. weight limit on ALL dogs, with a 1 time nonrefundable fee of $250 per pet. (NO pet rent!) APPLICATION PROCESS: Credit and Background: 700 or above credit score. Applicants with a lower credit score due to lack of history may be considered with a higher deposit. No criminal background. For couples or roommates, both applicants must pass the credit and background check.
