$850 per month + metered water/sewer & electric. The apartment is located in a duplex in Cocoa Estates Mobile Home Park. First month rent and one month security is required to move in ($1,700 to move in). Suitable for single occupants but it can also accommodate two people. Cat friendly, but no dogs allowed. Minimum lease term is 12 months. Minimum monthly gross income must be $2,000, verifiable proof of income, 520+ credit score. Non-refundable application fee of $40. Trash service (dumpster on site) & lawn care is included in your rent. Water/sewer is metered and billed back to the tenants monthly by the community. You need to have the power initiated in your name and pay metered electric that you use. You can get cable and Wi-Fi at your expense. Please note, no washer and dryer hookups on site. There is a laundromat within a 5-min walk of the apartment. Fridge & stove are included. Watch NASA rocket launches from your front yard with the Atlantic Ocean less than 10 miles away!
