Ample parking in our tenant only parking lot. Perfect location. Close to campus and near all amenities such as groceries, bars and restaurants. I loved living here, but am relocating for a job. In unit laundry, large bathroom, central air, and walk in closet. Ample storage. Lease period January through End of July with option to renew. Must be approved with property manager. I will transfer my $625 security deposit toward your security deposit. So save the $625 and sublet from me. Email only through Craigslist with additional questions.
