Yard care is the tenants responsibility so be sure you have the equipment and time to mow the grass, weed the planter areas, and keep the shrubs trimmed and looking nice, OR, be willing to hire a landscaper to take care of it for you. Sorry, no pets. First and last month's rent, $2,700 refundable security deposit and $300 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee are required. We are looking for long-term, responsible, non-smoking/vaping tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history, verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month, and willing to sign a minimum of a 12-month lease.
