Pet-friendly with great neighbors on a low-traffic block. You can walk to Cocoa Cinnamon, Motorco, Durham Central Park, the Saturday farmers market, and Durham Food Hall in 5-10 minutes, with the rest of downtown just a quick walk or bike ride away. Duke’s East Campus is a few minutes away by bike or car, West Campus and Duke Hospital are an easy 10-minute (or less) commute. We're renting the home ourselves (not through a management company) and are hoping to find someone who will love living here!
