The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, and small appliances like a crockpot, blender, toaster, waffle maker, griddle, Keurig, and drip coffee maker. A second refrigerator is located in the garage. Quick bites can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar (seats 4) or kitchen nook (seats 4). The laundry room is conveniently located just off the kitchen, next to the garage. The cozy front porch is the perfect place for some Southern "front porch sittin". The back screened-in patio is perfect for those warm summer days when you want to escape the heat in the shaded location with a ceiling fan.
