Experience comfort and convenience in this furnished non-smoking Dillon property ADU within walking distance to City Market, REI, Dillon Amphitheater and more! Friendly dogs will be considered upon meeting our dogs as our dogs do hang outside quite often. This modern space has in-unit laundry and comes furnished (bring your own smart TV for access to our YouTubeTV account), making it move-in ready. The ADU is above our garage and completely separate from our house so you have a private entrance and nobody living directly below. One parking space included. Available starting September 15th, 6 month lease or longer and must be a local worker working for a Summit County business at least 30 hours a week. 1st month and security deposit due upon approved application and background/credit check. Reference(s) required.

There’s a number of popular restaurants near Marina Park on the west side of the bay. Pug Ryan’s Tiki Bar, Arapahoe Café, and White Boots are just a few of the popular spots to fuel up before a day on the slopes.
