Front and back patio space for gardening (only unit with its own outdoor hose hookup!) or relaxing. Off-street parking in addition to plentiful free on-street parking in front of the building. Ceiling fans/lights in living room and both bedrooms. Cats or dogs are allowed. Within short walking distance to high street with COTA bus route, CVS, Giant Eagle, and restaurants/bars.
