Kitchen appliances include refrigerator, dishwasher, electric range with microwave oven hood and full-size washer and dryer and accompanying walk-in pantry. The spacious living room includes a half-bathroom. Upstairs features the Master bedroom with double-vanity sink, full bath and walk-in closet as well as adjacent lanai overlooking the pool and loft, perfect for an extra futon or bed, or can be used as an upstairs living room. Two bedrooms, both with walk-in closets and another full bath are across the hallway. The backyard lanai area features a small yard for barbecuing, covered lanai and pool (saline) with energy-efficient pump system. Yard care and pool cleaning and maintenance are included. Parking for two cars is accommodated in the enclosed garage. Full use of the nearby Gentry Community Center is included with it's a swimming pool, club house and activity field and right near Hoalauna Park and Ewa Beach Dog Park. We prefer a minimum 1 year lease but will consider a 6 month lease for a qualified tenant. The rent is $4,400 per month plus GE Tax and does not include utilities. Sorry, smoking (within the home) of any kind is not permitted. An outside pet is negotiable. Available August 16, 2026. The home is occupied so we ask that our tenant not be disturbed.
