Much new carpet throughout for sound-proofing. A 1.5 attached garage on lower level is included in the $1700/monthly rent. All utilities are included except cable/internet, heat is radiant boiler and baseboard, so much more hypoallergenic than forced air. A/C is 2 window units at each end of the house. Owner lives next door for help without the frustrations of a large property management company. Available August 15th, 2023. Some upgrades have recently been completed so wall colors are different from pictures. A small pet may be negotiable, a security deposit and background check form will be required.
