This apartment was recently gut renovated and given a fresh, contemporary feel for it’s new tenant. I’ve owned this building for many years and I’ve taken pride in my property and the neighborhood called, Demun in Clayton. You can’t beat the location as it’s central to everything in St. Louis and, in my opinion, is the safest place to live in St. Louis. They call this area just off of highway 64/40, the “central corridor” and it’s named appropriately. With quick access to highways 64/40 and 170, the entire city is within a 15 minute drive for you.However, you don’t have to drive if you don’t want to. Being so wonderfully located, the apartment is about a 15 minute walk to Washington University’s Danforth Campus.
