No pets will be greeting you at the front door, also they do not have access to the stairs. They stay in a separate private room downstairs come out only 2x a day. You get your own raised garden-bed if you want to grow your own vegetable garden. There’s also a Nordic trak elliptical in the garage you can use as long as it’s functional, it’s big like the ones you see at the gym. No smoking.
