Welcome to your relaxing coastal escape in Tarpon Springs, just a 4-minute drive or 15-minute walk to Sunset Beach. Feel at home in this bright and comfortable 2-bedroom home. This home offers a fully fenced backyard, full kitchen, Smart TVs, fast Wi-Fi, and modern amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and essential cookware, pots, pans, and utensils. Enjoy the cozy living room with a sofa bed and two dining tables. An air mattress is available upon request. This home is close to the famous Sponge Docks, Clearwater Beach, Dunedin, local restaurants, Fred Howard Park, and Honeymoon Island. It is also conveniently located near Publix. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the rental, and a $250 penalty will be charged if cleaners determine smoking has taken place. Parties are not allowed, and a maximum of five people are allowed in the rental at any time. Pets are not allowed, except for service dogs. Two vehicles may be parked in the driveway; parking in the street is prohibited. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in, and anyone under 25 will be refused entry and the reservation will be canceled without a refund. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Please keep the thermostat set to “AUTO” mode and do not set the temperature lower than 71°F to prevent system issues. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. [SI]
