We are renting our townhome, we recently remodeled entire place, added new kitchen, baths, appliances, hardwood floors and carpet. It is very clean and move in ready. Its located in a quiet neighborhood in a community that includes a pool for the complex. There is off street parking, one reserved space as well as guest parking. Free rent for NOV, if starting lease December 1. Also a $25 a month discount if you are willing to sign 18 month or greater lease. There is a nice looking stone fireplace with a great new electric infrared fire. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a laundry area, two hall closets and master bath. The master bedroom is very spacious with two large closets. The back patio has room to BBQ and a small table and overlooks a large open area in the complex. It has a locking external shed for bikes or anything else. The place has a lot of storage including under the main stairs in the coat closet, and a newly added 128 sqr foot super clean storage room in the attic above the master bedroom. .Additionally, there is an external storage closet outside off the patio. Bear Creek K-8 School is .4 miles away, High School another .2 miles We are looking for a 12 month lease, non-smokers and no pets. If you have a small pet, then we would consider it with an additional deposit and fee per month. First and last month rent and a deposit of $1,000 is due at signing. Owner pays water, sewer and HOA, small pet would be $100 month more in rent.
