This home features a full kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer, a private pool with optional heating, a patio BBQ, and a game room with foosball, air hockey and pinball. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and cooking basics. There is also a formal dining space and additional indoor and outdoor dining areas. Pool heating is available for $35 per day. Up to 2 dogs may be allowed on property for a pet fee of $150 per dog, subject to deposit. Located in a gated community, this home is steps from a water park and other attractions. Windsor at Westside provides a water park, heated pool with lazy river, fitness center, clubhouse, volleyball and basketball courts, splash pool for kids, and a hot tub. This property sits near the clubhouse and a variety of dining and shopping options. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 12 guests are allowed at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Late checkouts not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Failure to take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure can result in fines up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural and very common occurrence. This property is professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray. [SI]
