Great management who listens and caters to your every need. They have quite a few social gatherings to bring the entire apartment together which is great!

The great thing about 893 is how well designed and well constructed the building is. The location is terrific; close to everything and it will only get better as more restaurants and retail stores will open in the neighborhood. But, above all, it is the staff (management and rental, concierge and attendants, and maintenance) and the attention, care, and professionalism that bring such good vibes!

I like living here, but 1.) parking is outrageously expensive, 2.) management switch up 3 times over the past couple of years is suspicious? 3.) leasing office is dodgey on fulfilling your requests. Living at 903 feels luxurious; the amenities are awesome and the apartments themselves are modern and nice, but there are little tidbits I'm not a fan of.

Pretty good. The concierge and maintenance staff are really kind and helpful. They make you use their own internet provider and you can't use your own equipment like router, that's kind of annoying but otherwise it's all right. It's expensive tho

The experience of living very well located, with accessible and friendly people, has been excellent. It's a welcoming place. The spaces serve well, as well as the gym and co-working.

Really cool building if you're new to ATL. Pool area is sweet. Apartments are well appointed, with sweet views. My friend helped us move in, and was so impressed he considered getting his own unit.

I couldn’t ask for a better apartment! The process of the application to the actual moving in was easy. The safety, amenities, and staff have been top notch. No complaints at all!

Beautiful amenities & outdoor view of Atlanta. 24 hour concierge at the entrance makes me feel very safe here Had initial challenges getting in touch with the office to finish the move-in process, which made doing a cross-country move stressful (had to email & call countless times for a virtual tour, update my application to my desired apartment due to a system glitch, and to actually get my "move-in letter"). My application was approved relatively early, but I ultimately only got my move-in letter 2 days before my move-in -- and I almost could not move in at my desired date because of this (you have to have electric utilities already setup with Georgia Power before move-in, but to do that you need the "move-in letter", and the whole process typically takes ~6 days or so) After calling and begging Georgia Power to expedite my paperwork the day of move-in after completing a cross-country move (very stressful), they were thankfully able to connect me and I was finally able to move in.

Living here has been such a great experience. The staff is extremely helpful and go out of the way to make sure you’re taken care of. I approved all the way around :)

Been living here for almost a month now and love it! The front desk staff is so friendly, amenities and appliances are all renovated, and the midtown area is great! Sometimes the elevators can get backed up during rush hours but nothing a little patience can’t help. Would recommend 903 Peachtree to anyone looking in the area! Already feels like home.

We love it here. All of the amenities are great and the staff is nice and accommodating. Definitely a big decided factor for renewing. With so many new places opening up this year, 903 is still setting the standard high.

It’s been smooth and amazing moving in! Antonio is my man - has been very helpful and the concierge is available 24-7 The amenities and common spaces are great here! Definitely recommend to everyone looking for a high rise in Atlanta

Happiest I’ve been yet! I’ve lived in a few communities around midtown but 903 truly is the best place I’ve called home. Starting from the concierge, the office staff(Jamila) was truly amazing during the entire process of moving in, but what truly sold us is the amenities! The nice pool, the hot tub, the 24 hour sauna which we use every day(convenient for those who work early hours), the huge gym has everything you need and don’t even need a membership elsewhere, the dog spa, the outdoor terrace to grille out or catch your favorite tv show outside. What more could you ask for? It’s such a quiet property and only the minor issues we had were quickly corrected by the maintenance staff. You cannot go wrong choosing this beautiful property! Everything is great except the rent for the size of the apartment!! The amenities and location of the apartment are the prime. A lot of cost cutting in the building as I can hear people next door as well as get food smell a couple of times a day

Leasing team not the most professional or helpful. Building is new, good common areas, good location. No interior windows open, there are only two units per floor with a balcony (far west end, far east end) so if you want a balcony, make sure to specify

The 903 Peachtree Team is incredibly helpful and friendly. the commons areas are clean and not too crowded. The views from the living spaces are stunning.

Pros: Convenient location for midtown shopping and eating. Hard to beat being just around the corner to the Midtown MARTA station. Super fast internet. Cons: The parking deck is cramped and people speed nearly causing wrecks. There is no visitor parking so having guests is difficult. Sometimes the building's internet goes out, or the power goes out, or the building's fire alarm goes off for no reason. The walls are well insulated against general noise, but the windows aren't so if your neighbor has a sound system near the window it turns your apartment into a private karaoke room. There's an app for just about everything here. Too many. It's just not worth it if you don't work a 6 figure remote tech job, but at that point you should probably just rent a house outside the perimeter so you can enjoy some peace and quiet.

It's been a pretty good year. Amenities are great and if there is a problem, it is fixed quickly. Location is great in midtown just a few minutes from stores, restaurants, Marta station and Piedmont Park. Nothing to complain about

Just moved in and still unpacking boxes. We love our new apartment, especially sunset view. Community amenities are great! Hope to meet great people in our building as well

Very welcoming staff, great amenities and location is right in the heart of Midtown. At only a 10 minute walk from Piedmont Park, I loved moving into this dog friendly building with my pup. Between the 24 hour gym with a free bar and the pool, hot tub, and monthly community events I definitely didn’t regret choosing 903 Peachtree when I moved to Atlanta

I've lived here for about 15 months. The residents are very friendly, so hanging out in the community spaces is a big plus. The maintenance guys are quick to take care of your needs and the assistant manager, Karla is the best. If you're willing to trade some personal square footage for gorgeous community spaces and a perfect walkable location, this is the place for you.

Hot tub constantly broken, wifi constantly out, parking prices going up out of the blue. Ok building, HORRIBLY managed. Good luck when you have an issue

Really nice and clean building. The building amenities are wonderful. Everyone is alway very professional from front desk to leasing office and maintenance. I love living here.

It has been a nice experience so far at 903 Peachtree. Very close to midtown Marta, Georgia Tech, Publix and CVS store. Common amenities are also good. management people are also quite responsive and actively look into the matters when requested.

The amenities are excellent, with lots of common areas with activities and good fitness equipment. The apartments are nice, but I feel like mine was not appropriately cleaned before moving in (I found stuff like bits of false eyelashes on the floor plus some appliances weren't cleaned),

Move in was easy. Staff is super nice. Love the building so far. Getting packages is easy with good notifications. Numbering system of mailboxes is a little funky, but overall, a great experience

This place is a dream! The staff is amazing, the amenities are to die for, and our apartment is perfect. The location is fantastic too, with walking distance to literally everything. So thankful we found this place and moved here!

It's been almost a year of me living here at 903. This is my very first apartment after living in dorm for the last few years of college. I was terrified to move and live alone for the first time. Amongst all that, I want to thank Karla (who is apart of leasing) for making my transition into adulthood very seamless and a lot less scary. She's always made herself available for me to talk, whenever. And she's an incredibly, warm, woman to be around, and so informative. I definitely recommend getting connect with her if your interested in moving to 903, one of the best decisions I've ever made.

I like the property a lot and everything it has to offer. Karla makes me feel welcomed and secured with every step of my journey while being here. Overall grateful

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Pool/ sauna/ hot tub/ yoga studio/ coffee machine/ doggie park to see doggies (as I don't have my own in Atlanta) / gym with a punching bag- Merlot Monday/ clean common areas that smell heavenly- love it all!

All good from the 903 Peachtree staff, but especially Karla! I’m renting sight unseen from Seattle. Karla went out of her way to take videos of a lot of the amenities and my specific unit. In town briefly I toured with Karla as well. The building is beautiful and with only about 20% occupancy, it was very quiet/peaceful. The gym is superior with free weights for benching/squatting, pelotons, curl bars, dumbbells, assault treadmill, normal treadmills, stair master, virtual rower, and a lot more. Sauna and hot tub are also very nice, with great views of the city and Piedmont Park. Location is unrivaled with dog park, restaurants, and shops within a 10 min walk. EV charging is also available at a very low cost, almost free. Currently there’s 2 chargers but there’s also only 2 EV residents. They plan to add more as needed with 4 more charge ports available for install. Garage uses magnet sticker to open instead of a remote which helps keep the garage to residents only. The south facing views are great with quite a bit of sunlight depending on your floor because The Dagny is behind this building. I toured on the 20+ floors so sh light and view were great. There’s also espresso/coffee machines in multiple common areas. I have a big dog and they have two very large dog baths with a drying station as well. The dog park area on the 8th floor was nice enough just for your dog to be able to move around a bit and potty. UPDATE: There are more EVs now so charging is hit or miss. I’d say residents are somewhat respectful to move car once charged. Living in midtown I don’t drive too often so I don’t have to charge much which is a plus.

I'm incredibly excited that I found this place. Karla walked me through every step and even helped me back in my moving van! My new place is exactly that: NEW! I love every detail (including a bottle of wine from the building when I opened my door!) and I've already started using the gym. And this past Monday was Merlot Monday on my floor!!! I couldn't believe it- insane luxury. I look forward to a long, beautiful relationship with this building and its amenities!!!

I love my morning coffee on the roof. The Sauna is very peaceful, so is the swimming pool. The neighborhood is great, with many restaurants walking distance, and the park is right there. Amazing building, great staff and good neighbors.

I like my unit, but have had many problems here. It’s overpriced. They recently raised the monthly price of parking for the same spots, contradicting the lease. The hot tub has been broken for weeks. The garage gate was broken for months. I reached out about concerns and had 4 emails that went without a response until I cc’d the manager. The WiFi has gone out 6 times on my floor or in the whole building since January- I work from home so rely on a good connection. The coffee machine is constantly broken. Half of the grills don’t work. I wanted to enjoy the Saturday yoga class, but myself and 7 others were just left waiting while the instructor never showed and there was no communication. A friend has been trying to get assistance fixing his AC for weeks, they keep pushing it off. The leasing office does not care about making a good experience for residents. They ignore emails and calls and when you do get a response it’s generic and doesn’t solve any problem. They couldn’t care less.

Good place to live. Very close to Midtown Marta, Publix, CVS and Georgia Tech. Amenities are excellent. A lot of common places to hang out in the evening. Good views from the top.

I absolutely love 903 Peachtree! The amenities are amazing and the security of the building is a huge plus! I am so glad I chose 903 as my home

Karla was very very helpful throughout the entire process. She walked us through everything that we needed to obtain in order to live at 903 peachtree. She was with us during every step and greatly guided us through the process. So far, the apartment is very good and thecommunity is great!

Has really nice views of the city and gets the best natural sunlight. I’m love with all the amenities it has, especially the coffee machine on the 8th floor.

Beautiful building and friendly leasing staff but property management staff is rude and unresponsive. I’ve left several emails that go unanswered about issues with the AC. The apartment won’t cool below 75° and the best the manager could say was close the shades and buy a fan. Then she stopped responding to my emails about sending maintenance to look at the AC unit. I’ve called multiple times, no one picks up. I’ve left voicemails and no one calls back. My friends in the building are also having the same issues and some have even broken their lease to get out of the building early. I’ll be moving out as well when my lease is up.

The apartments are beautiful, not to mention the entire complex. The staff are always very pleasant and helpful. The neighbors are all nice and it's a friendly place to live that is close to everything!

903 is a very friendly environment! Since moving in everyone in the building has been very accommodating and helpful. 903 is hard to beat in my opinion.

The building is absolutely gorgeous, but the windows make really loud popping noises that wake me up. No one seems to know how to fix them, so I’ve just had to live with it.

The service here has been absolutely amazing! Moving in was as smooth as can be and everyone has been such a huge help! We love the unit and the views are unbeatable!
