The primary guest must be at least 25 years old and stay in the home throughout the booking. If this requirement is not met, the reservation will be voided without a refund. Smoking is strictly prohibited, with a penalty fee of $250 for any evidence found. Pets are not allowed, and unauthorized pets will incur a non-refundable fee of $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM, with contactless check-in and departure. Late check-outs are not allowed, as door codes deactivate at 10 AM. A maximum of 3 cars is permitted, and all drivers must be registered prior to arrival. No parties or events are allowed, and violations may result in cancellation without a refund.
