Imagine yourself in the kitchen, cooking with stainless steel appliances, eating at the built-in breakfast bar with sunlight beaming through the windows, filling the living room and kitchen. The two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and washer/dryer are located on the main level. Take a twirl up the spiral staircase and you'll find yourself in a small loft that can be used as a free space, giving way to the private rooftop patio. The condo also includes one assigned garage spot with a storage unit. The parking lot has ample parking as well. Inside the clubhouse is a conference space, community space, workout facility, pool, and hot tub. Rent is $2050/month. Security deposit is same as rent. Pet deposit is $300 for first pet, $200 for any additional pets. Both deposits are refundable given there are no damages. Prefer a six month or longer lease. Condo comes unfurnished. Utilities that are tenant responsibility are electric/heat and internet/tv services. Tenant is responsible for move in fee. Seven days notice required to schedule move in and orientation.
