Building amenities include a fitness center, yoga studio, private work stations, conference room with printing, game room and lounge, shared outdoor pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), grilling stations, community walking path, vending machines, shared laundry room, Tide dry cleaning lockers, and Luxer package lockers. Apartment amenities include a smart TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, memory foam mattress, dedicated workspace, dining table, and kitchen island with bar stool seating. Reserved parking costs approximately $200 per month and can be coordinated upon request. This centrally located apartment provides quick access to cafes, restaurants, and bars on Taylor St as well as parks and grocery stores within walking distance for all your daily needs. It's a 5-minute walk to the L stop on Polk St, where the pink line provides direct access to West Loop, The Loop, and Pilsen. It's also a 5-minute drive to West Loop and an 8-minute drive to The Loop. The apartment has central air, but the HVAC system is a two-pipe system which can only run heat or AC at any point in time. The system switches over to heat in the fall each year and switches to AC in the spring. No smoking of any kind is allowed anywhere on the premises, including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply). Quiet time is after 10pm. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, or expenses and may be removed from the property without refund. Includes a dedicated workspace. [SI]
