Upstairs you will find a master with vaulted ceiling and master bath, additional tiled bath and two bedrooms. There is a very private backyard with a covered patio, indoor laundry and a two car garage. All this in the desirable Alta Loma school district. At that point, we will process your application which takes up to 3-5 business days to complete. If approved, you will be scheduled an appointment to view the property in person. At the appointment, the holding deposit will be due; otherwise, if failed to do so, your application will automatically be cancelled. In order to rent this property, renters insurance is required or enroll in damage waiver program. All occupants 18 years or older must submit an application and pay a $45.00 screening fee, no exceptions. There must be NO evictions or judgments on any applicants credit report. Combined gross income of all applicants must be no less than 2.5 times the monthly rent. Credit score minimum of 600. Must be able to verify employment and rental history for the last two years. We will need a copy of each applicant's ID, Social Security card and 2 recent months of paycheck stubs or proof of income.
