Washer / Dryer hookups, and a dishwasher. $1350 per month, Tenant pays all utilities. Pet friendly with no pet rent. Additional deposit may be required depending on type and size of pet. Security deposit is $2025.00. The security deposit is fully refundable if the home is vacated clean and in good condition. All adult applicants must complete a credit and background check once tentatively approved. Cost of the check is $40 per person. There is no cost to apply. Winslow is small desert city located right on the historic Route 66. A popular road trip stop, Winslow is best known for being featured in lyrics in the hit single, “Take It Easy” by the Eagles. Thousands each year who come to Winslow stop by “Standin’ in the Corner” Park to snap photos at the corner mentioned in the park. Winslow is extremely proud of its connection to the Mother Road and hosts the Annual “Standin’ on the Corner” Festival featuring a beer garden, horseshoe tournament, auction, clothing vendors, and live music. This two-day event brings in visitors from across the globe.
An all-around tourist location, Winslow has several natural landmarks in and around town that are visited frequently.
