Located within a 10 minute walk of Kimball Junction, on the Park City bus line, and near I-80 for easy and fast access to Salt Lake City. 10 minute drive from Old Town Park City and Park City Ski Resort, 5 minutes to Canyons Mountain Village Ski Area. The Glenwild trail system is right behind the condo complex for walking access to great hiking and biking. Owners live locally. Scheduled Tours Available. $2200 Last month rent and $1000 refundable security deposit required to secure housing. $2200 First month rent due prior to moving in. Utilities not included (usually $120-$200 for gas, electric and Internet). No broker/realtor fee. No application fee. Credit check required. One dog or two cats allowed.
