Rent is $900 plus $450 security deposit and shared utilities amongst the renters. Lease can be 6-month or month to month. The Home: Fully Equipped Shared Spaces: Enjoy a comfortable living room, a formal dining room, a large kitchen with plenty of cabinet space, and a convenient in-unit laundry room. Each bedroom is equipped with its own keypad door lock for ultimate privacy and peace of mind. WiFi Included: High-speed internet is provided for you. Utilities: Tenants share the cost of electricity, gas, water, etc. (not included in rent). Pet-Friendly: Cats are welcome here! (A pet deposit will apply). Prime Location: Our house is in a very safe and secure neighborhood in Clovis. You’ll be: Minutes away from shopping centers and grocery stores. Just a short drive to major freeways (Highway 168 & 41). Conveniently close to several hospitals and medical facilities—perfect for medical staff or students. We aim for a peaceful, cooperative household focused on mutual respect and quiet enjoyment of the home. Absolutely NO smoking, drugs, or partying. No overnight guests.
