More storage in basement as needed. Large backyard. SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED including but not limitted to marijuana, cigarettes or cigar inside or near the house. Sorry NO PETS, no parties, only single contractor can reside in room. Quiet hours: 10PM-8AM.
