In-unit washer and dryer: 2nd floor. Rent & Utilities: Monthly rent: $900 Security deposit: $900 (refundable at move-out if there are no damages) Utilities will be split evenly (electric, gas, internet, water, sewer, trash pickup) The price for utilities will be shown on the due date of each month. Late Fees: You will be given 5 business days to make your rent and utilities payment once it has been posted, or there will be a $10 late fee added each day beyond the 5 days per utility that is late. Move-In Details: Available: August 25, 2025, or later. Minimum stay: 6 months preferred Lease: Month-to-month for flexibility

House Guidelines: Quiet Hours: Sunday through Thursday: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM Friday and Saturday: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM After two noise warnings, there will be a termination of the lease. Guests: One overnight guest allowed at a time. Overnight guests are permitted once every two weeks; They are allowed to stay one night only. Additional nights must be discussed in advance. Absolutely zero parties or small gatherings are permitted. Pets: I have two extremely friendly cats Cats are not permitted in the basement to ensure the tenant’s space remains private and clean No additional pets allowed due to the age and stress sensitivity of one of my cats
