About This Property

Great rental with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a study for anyone working from home. Very quiet street with no home behind you just the 17th hole of the Margaritaville golf course. Drive your golf cart to the resort and enjoy the restaurants food and drinks. The home has a fenced yard and a covered porch long with outside fan. The home has a jaccuzi tub and shower in master bathroom. Very safe area and Margaritaville in walking distance from the house. Home comes with LG washer dryer and large GE Fridge. *** Some of the pictures are outdated, the kitchen and whole house have been painted a grey-ish color and the kitchen cabinets are a solid white. There is no wallpaper in the home.
