Property Ratings at 8th St
Very clean, secure,safe. Parking is available. They allow pets. Tenants and staff are friendly and helpful. Great view of downtown and in walking distance of many things.
My place is o.k. I'm close to Downtown. The landlord's tough but fair & they let me have access to DirecTV. But it's not always clean, and I'm concerned about our security. Plus the neighbours across the hallway from me had one of their walls fall down on them after the last rainstorm. Yikes !
