Plantation Point is a gated community which features two lagoon style swimming pools, two fitness centers and within walking distance of eating and shopping. It is 5 minutes from the Hilton Bridge, 37 miles from Savanah and minutes to Old Town. VETAS Rentals is the owner, but we must follow all the Plantation Point rules and regulations. The Plantation Point HOA requires a rental application, with a $50 fee (Money Order only, no cash or check). This covers a background check and credit check. We will refund the fee if/when you sign a lease with us. We can give you a blank lease when showing the unit, or we can email it to you. The rent of $1,495/month is under market for the complex. We are looking for a good tenant. The length of the lease is negotiable. A security deposit of $600 is required. It may be paid over two equal monthly payments. Pets are allowed, but must receive approval first. There will be an additional pet security deposit depending upon the type and breed of the pet. Renters pay utilities. This is a non-smoking unit.
