It is a traditional Grandview double with two normal sized bedrooms and the third one is very small...good for an office or something. Gas heat , central AC, off street parking. A very nice place in a nice neighborhood. Grandview has great parks, library, restaurants, police, and schools. Close to everything! Updated light fixtures throughout. The place was redone with modern touches, while retaining the character of the building. Lots of original woodwork throughout. Full basement with a rather old 50's style bar on one side with w/d hook up on the other. It is clean well lit basement space, although I would not call it "finished"....(see pics) Traditional Grandview front porch on a quiet tree lined street. no dogs sorry...declawed and neutered cats with pet deposit. I do the maintenance and my wife Lynda does the rent ups. Give her a call at show contact info to take a look. Sorry the pics are not very good. It has rented so fast the last couple of times that we just have forgot to take pics when it has been empty. I do not think it will take long to turn over, and it is very "showable" right now. I believe it will be ready before June 1st.
