Blackout curtains provide darkness when needed. Air conditioning available in warm months, central heating in cold months Well-equipped kitchenette is comes with new induction plate for fast cooking, toaster oven, and combo convection oven/air fryer/microwave. Unit has 3/4 size fridge/freezer and a coffee / tea station. Numerous cooking tools are provided. Access to main kitchen in home is absolutely a possibility! Bathroom is located off of unit's hallway and has new fixtures. Shower stall has a skylight. Free shared laundry located within the main house. Outdoor sitting area set up next to a Japanese maple mini-garden in non-fenced side yard. Smoking allowed outside, 420 friendly Neighborhood is peaceful, looks suburban and is at the bottom of Rocky Butte. Lots of access to nature Also located near shopping, markets, freeways, hospitals, and many parks. Easy access to bus lines and a short ride via bus or car to a MAX station. Ten minutes from PDX airport Owners (us, a couple who work in hospitality) live in main house.
