The Roost is a small apartment complex conveniently located just west of Argonne on Broadway. Available now is a 2 br/1 bath townhouse. Features include a wood burning fireplace, and range/refrigerator/dishwasher in the kitchen with good eating space. Both bedrooms are upstairs, the front bedroom room has a slider to a balcony and the back bedroom has a wall a/c. The full bath is between the bedrooms. There is also a slide in the living room to a patio. The well equipped laundry room (coin-op) is close by and there is off street parking (unassigned) available. One small pet (dogs under 25 pounds) is negotiable with approval of your application and an additional $500 added to your refundable damage/security/cleaning deposit. Call for details.
