About This Property
I have one bedroom with a private bathroom available in a shared house in the lovely Green Mountain neighborhood. Rent is $775 for a large room with a private bathroom and walk in closet. Utilities are included in the base rent and also includes high speed internet and disposables (paper towel, toilet paper, dish/hand soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, aluminum foil, trash bags, water filters, etc). The kitchen is stocked with shared dishware, pots/pans, utensils, silverware, and so on. The house is a mix of men in their 20s all of whom are very friendly and easy to get along with. The Area: - Major cross streets are South Union Blvd and West Alameda Pkwy -quick access to mountains and I70 - Quiet neighborhood at a high point in Denver - 5 minutes to green mountain trails - 10 minutes to Belmar - 5 minutes from lightrail - 3 minute drive to King Soopers (grocery store) - 20 minute car ride into downtown Denver - Near Hiking, bike paths, restaurants and retail shopping The Space: - high speed internet 600 mbps - In-Unit Washer/Dryer - Central heating - Parking available in Garage, driveway and street - no pets/smoking
