Oversized, open air front porch with a bench swing. Outdoor parking for 3-4 vehicles. The living room has a 4K smart TV and desk area. The downstairs bathroom has public access off the kitchen with a tub/shower combo. The upstairs bathroom has a standing shower, no tub. The kitchen has full-size appliances, all dishes, cookware, and utensils are provided. There is a private washer and dryer for your convenience. Residents will be asked to complete an online rental application which includes soft credit check and background screening. First month's rent and security deposit due prior to occupancy. Not all pets will be welcome, subject to screening and pet fee. Smoking is prohibited inside any building. House rules will apply.
