Full unfinished basement with laundry room including washer and dryer. Basement has working toilet and sink, but not walled in. There is a Bassett couch and chair in the living room and nice queen bed and dresser in the Master bedroom if you need furniture or we can remove. Private owner, easy to communicate with.
