Too expensive for such apartments without fresh air This apartments and all of them are unlivable I am currently living in one of them trying to break my lease cause it dosen't have any fresh air source ( NO WINDOWS at all ) it's jail situation and the ventilation system is not convinient at all ( very loud and there is always smell of food when you cook and it makes the electricity bill soo expensive

Windows do not open, multiple times the power has gone out and thus AC (and the only way air moves in the units). Management in 18 months changed several times, and on move-out the returned deposits with no explanation were minimal. Ask some of the former or current tenants before you dare to rent at 888.

Overpriced for a rectangular box that only has one source of natural light. Worse than that, the apartment becomes dangerous when the Air Conditioning units break (which they often do) since they are the only source of actual ventilation in the apartment. The building team is unavailable on the weekends so good luck cooling down your apartment from 86° and 65% humidity if it’s on a Saturday and your AC is broken because the whole building is broken and the water system is waiting to be fixed.

888 on Main is hands down the best apartment high-rise in Santa Ana. From the awesome history of this building to the team providing a stellar living experience to residents, I give them 5 stars! I intentionally waited a few months to post a review as I figured the staff would be great upon my moving in but worried that the level of service and friendliness would wane after a "honeymoon period." I'm thrilled to write that the 888 on Main team is as terrific today as they were when I first moved in. Each member of the team, Jenn, Yvanna, Marcos and Anthoni, goes out of their way to be helpful and to provide superior service. They bring warmth, personality, and fun to 888. They go out of their way to help residents feel welcome. The team is incredibly creative in throwing events to bring people together and to make tenants feel they are truly part of the 888 community. Jenn is wonderful! She was incredibly patient answering my millions of questions and did all she could to accommodate my crazy schedule to show me the community. Yvanna was helpful and stepped in to answer questions and logistics for my move and made it seamless and easy to get settled. I can always rely on them to provide great customer service and quality care. Anthoni and Marcos in Maintenance crew are terrific! I recently placed a work order right as the office was closing. It was not an emergency, just a slight inconvenience. Even though it was the end of the day, and they were leaving to go home, they made a special trip to my apartment to help get it done. I am so grateful to them! 888 on Main is a special place to live and the crew here is what makes it so fantastic! Thank you team 888!
