About This Property

Large three bedroom less than 5 minutes from downtown Evanston and Northwestern University. Second floor unit in a two unit building. It's large. Short-term rental possible with tent adjustment. Within 5 minutes driving of Northwestern University and Metra. Evanston schools: D65 and ETHS. Near Dempster and Church bus lines. The place will be clean when you move in; previous tenant moved out under emergency circumstances and was unable to finish cleaning (that's why the pictures show some items in the apartment). The apartment is being painted, and cleaned. Off street parking available for additional fee. If you are interested, the best thing to do is send a message via this system. Owner pays for water. Tenant pays for electric and gas. Electric stove. Gas heat. To the extent permitted by law, we screen for credit history, eviction history, employment history, gross household income.
