Nearby dining options offer world-class meals just a couple of miles from the resort, giving you the choice to explore local flavors or stay in and dine on your patio. The resort is located within a gated community off state road 192 and US 27, and near I-4, just ten miles from Disney World, Animal Kingdom, and Orlando’s world-famous attractions. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late check-outs not approved in writing will be fined up to $250. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Failure to take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure can result in fines up to $300.
