Within walking distance, you will find coffee houses, galleries, boutiques, and appealing restaurants for your shopping and dining pleasure, or just people watching: Penmar golf course and park within walking distance of the house. You’ll find a distillation of Venice Beach in the street performers, bodybuilders, and beach-goers that congregate at its namesake Beach and Boardwalk.
