It has the grace of a historic building but is well insulated. There is 1,170 SF of floor space plus extra (unheated) storage. The newer kitchen has a dishwasher and lots of storage and counter space. There is a separate utility room with a full size washer and dryer. The carpets are also newer (and neutral). There is only 1 bathroom but a powder room sink outside of that is available for grooming. The building is a 4 family with good separation between units. Parking for 2 cars is right outside the staircase to this apartment. The Mascoma River Greenway path adjoins the property providing hiking, skiing and snowshoeing opportunity right from the backyard. Seeking non-smoking tenants with a record of responsibility who will be good neighbors for the other tenants. Pricing is based on 2 occupants. An additional $35 will be charged for each additional occupant. Tenants pay their own heating and electric. Dogs and cats will be considered with an additional damage deposit. Details: Washer/Dryer in unit 2 Parking spaces available for tenants at all times. 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms Rail trail accessible from yard on the property $1,600 through June 30th of 2021. 12 month lease or extension would be available June 30th, 2021 Tenant would be given the right of a 1 year renewal at a renewal rate not to exceed $1670.
