Property Ratings at 87th Street Apartments
These people don't answer phones, don't respond to emails and I didn't even move in yet. So I say NO! I will not live there! Management changed few times in last year only.
This is a great complex , close to shops, restaurants, and it's quick to get anywhere from here. Maintenance is quick to address any issues and the property manager has always made me feel like a valued tenant. I recommend living here not only for the location, but also the price that matches the size of the apartment! :)
Moving here after living in VA for the last 30yrs, has been overwhelming. However, Louisberg Square Apts. has made the transition to Kansas, smooth running. For a single person with lots of "stuff", I am finding the apartment and basement enough space for all of it. My neighbors are wonderful, quiet, and considerate. I think I am going to enjoy Kansas and will make this my home.
The apartments overall are great. Great price great size decent neighborhood great location near highways and schools. There is a small bug problem and apartments seems a little outdated and in need of maintenence have to call for a fix every couple of weeks about same issues.
I've lived in a lot of apartments throughout my life. Some in great neighborhoods, some in not so great neighborhoods. Yet, I've never enjoyed living anywhere as I do here. Even though it's income based, I've never felt more valued as a member of a community. Being on a disability doesn't afford me a lot, but it's a great feeling to still be treated with respect.
