The laundry room is conveniently located on main level. This home is endowed with a very large, private, attached 2.5 car garage and has lots of storage space in closets, the garage, and the basement (appropriate for storage not a living space). Please note there is no backyard at this townhome, so dogs are not appropriate. Renters pay all utilities (gas, water, electricity, cable/internet). If you want to be near to Peterson AFB (3 miles away/5-7 minute drive)without being lost in the suburbs, this property is open to the front (East) and the side (North) with no houses in sight. If you are commuting to Schriever AFB (11.8 miles/18 minutes), and don't want to be in the middle of the bland praairies, this is a great location which allows you to still live in the city yet still having a short commute to work.
