This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home accommodates up to 10 guests and features two living areas and two screened-in patios. Enjoy luxury amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and a telescope. The main living room is cozy and sunlit with huge windows looking onto the water, a fireplace, books, and a telescope. An additional living space downstairs includes lounge seating, a Smart TV, and board games. There is a large outdoor deck with a dining table and grill. Enjoy access to two kayaks and a paddle board. Located in a gated street, this home offers easy access to Beaver Lake from the backyard via a shared path. It is just 3 miles from Rocky Branch Marina and 14 miles from Downtown Rogers, which offers several restaurants and shops. Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000. Pets are not permitted at the property, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. Smoking is prohibited in the home, and smoking in the home will result in a fine of $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Kayaks must be re-hung after use, and lifejackets are required at all times. Anyone using the kayaks on the lake must sign and execute a release form. Guests are not permitted to access the Community Dock, in accordance with Army Corps of Engineers requirements. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. The path and shoreline area of the lake is public and the neighboring homes have access. The dock is not available for guests.
