Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM, with a late fee of $75 per hour. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. Maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) are allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Guests will be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm their contact information, and pass through a verification portal.
