Enhance your stay with optional services like mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout (when available) for an additional fee. A pet fee between $100-$300 will be collected separately, based on stay length, with a maximum of two pets (40lbs combined). Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs or similar breeds are not allowed. Lazo is centrally located to Downtown Chandler, major freeways like Loop 101 and Loop 202, and the top technology employers that helped transform Chandler into the Community of Innovation. Ideally located close to different attractions, there are definitely a lot of options getting around the area. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartment, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75/hour late fee. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs are allowed; police will be called for violating this rule. [SI]
