Door walks out to small back yard. 3rd bedroom and 2nd full bathroom with understairs closet complete the living space. In the unfinished section there is washer dryer hook up and plenty of storage for holiday decor and whatever else you may need for comfortable living. Pets are welcome but Owner must meet them and there is a non refundable pet deposit equal to one months rent. 700 credit score minimum required. Owner and Tenant will review lease prior to occupancy. Renter pays all utilities and maintains yard by mowing lawn and performing weed trimming maintenance. Parking is limited on the cul-de-sac so it is encouraged that you park in the garage, on the driveway and in the parking tray versus on the street. There is a non refundable pet fee equal to one month's rent and Tenant must pay for any pet damages to property. No smoking/ no vaping allowed in the home.
