Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a fine of $500 for any evidence of such activities. Unauthorized animals or pets will incur a fee of $250. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250. Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition, and any permanent stains will be considered negligent damage. Guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves. Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules can result in a fine and/or eviction from the property.
