About This Property

Furnished 1.5 bed + 1.5 bath condo in amazing Playa del Rey! This recently renovated gem is a top floor unit illuminated in natural light with an inclosed patio and "unofficial" bonus room that can be used as an office, nursery room or creative space. The primary bedroom features large windows, ample closet space and an en-suite bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub. This unit only shares one wall, conveniently located next to the elevator so carrying groceries, etc up from the garage is super easy. One parking space is included in the garage along with additional storage and the onsite laundry room is right down the hall. Walk to the beach, shopping and delicious restaurants! Move-in costs are 1st month's rent plus 1 month rent security deposit. 1 year lease minimum. Move in August 1, 2024. Credit check, background check required. Furniture includes couch, queen size bed, coffee table, dinner table and chairs, and all other large items. We can show you what is available during your tour. Please note, we are moving cross country and have a small child so tours must be scheduled in advance and are available Friday - Sunday from 2-5pm. After we move out, we will be repainting, staging the furniture and deep cleaning the unit prior to August 1. Owner pays for trash, water and HOA dues. Tenant to pay for electricity, cable and gas. Background and credit check required. Small animals are okay (up to 20lb) Fridge and parking space included in rent. No Smoking in unit.
