And our friendly and responsive support team is available to assist from 9am-11pm 7 days a week. Pricing & availability: - Enter specific dates on the Flexhome website to see availability and pricing (reference ID# in listing title) - All utilities are included - Discounts apply for 7+ day stays (15-20%) and 30+ day stays (25-30%) Payments & renewals: - Upfront payment is required for the initial reservation. We accept online payments only - Payment plans for monthly renewals: upon request, we can tentatively reserve renewal months without payment up until 14 days prior to each renewal date, after which the dates would be opened for other guests to book. Payment plans require the initial month to be paid in full Cancellation policy: - Review the listing on the Flexhome website for the specific cancellation policy (reference ID# in listing title) Booking requirements: - ID verification - Background screening - Rental agreement - Separate $200 refundable security deposit. Payable online only. Refund issued after checkout assuming no material issues e.g. damage, missing items, violated House Rules. Refunds take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement The space: This Flexhome is conveniently located next to the Oak Leaf Trail with easy access to Milwaukee. The building features a fitness center, outdoor pool, and community amenities such as a farmer's market and tap room and beer garden. The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed and has flexible seating areas so you can work or relax at your convenience. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed. Amenities: Fitness center, outdoor community pool, private balcony, in-unit laundry, and smart TV with Chromecast Business-Travel Ready: Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, dedicated workspace, iron, Keurig, and more Location: - Direct access to the Oak Leaf Trail - 20 minute drive to Downtown Milwaukee - Walkable to a variety of delis, bakeries, restaurants, and bars Parking: - This listing includes one free assigned parking space in the community's parking lot directly outside the building entrance. One parking sticker is provided and must be attached to the vehicle's windshield. Instructions will be provided prior to your arrival - Additional spaces can be purchased for $25/month subject to availability - Free street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Keep in mind the city requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 5 nights by searching online for "Brown Deer overnight parking"
