About This Property
This beautiful & spacious 3-level home sits in the gated neighborhood of Harvest, which is part of the larger amenities-rich community of The Preserve. The lower level has access to the 2-car garage and includes a private guest bedroom with an attached bathroom. This area would be a perfect in-law suite, or it could be turned into a playroom, office or media room since it’s isolated from the rest of the living spaces. On the main level, you’ll find an open floorplan with high ceilings and a neutral color palette. Your kitchen features LVP floors, beautiful cherry cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a large center island with plenty of seating. Just off the living room, you can entertain on your big back porch. The top level includes two bedroom suites plus the laundry area. The primary bedroom has a massive walk-in closet along with an ensuite that boasts dual sinks, a W/C, a soaking tub and a separate glass-door shower. The bright guest room includes an ensuite with a W/C, a stand-up shower and vanity with lots of storage. The Harvest is a meticulously-maintained neighborhood that’s zoned to the top-ranked schools in The Preserve. Residents also enjoy all of the amenities within The Preserve, like walking trails, parks, recreation centers, a nature retreat and community pools (one around the corner from your house!). There’s even retail shopping and a town center in the works, but you’ll still be within 5 minutes of restaurants, grocery stores and shops. You can also quickly jump on the I-15, or the 83 & 60 Hwys.

With its spectacular mountain views and numerous palm trees, Chino is a favorite city in San Bernardino County for good reason. The city is adjacent to Chino Hills State Park, a popular area in the Santa Ana Mountains foothills for hiking, mountain biking, and horseback riding. Chino is also home to Prado Regional Park, a popular park with a fishing lake, hiking and biking trails, campgrounds, a disc golf course, picnic areas, horseback riding, and a shooting range where shooting events were held during the 1984 Summer Olympics.
As a key city of the Inland Empire, Chino has a long history as a hub for agriculture, especially dairy farming. The city's slogan reflects its agricultural roots: Where Everything Grows. While it is much more suburban today, the city still retains some of its rural feel. The city is award-winning and is often used as a filming location. Downtown Chino hosts a variety of events, including a weekly farmers market.
