Nearby highlights include Sodolaks BBQ, Christopher’s World Grill, and Koppe Bridge Bar & Grill. The main intersection is FM 1179 Rd & Steep Hollow Rd. Smoking is not allowed in or on the property, and if evidence of smoking is detected, $400 will be retained to deodorize the home. Do not turn the thermostat below 69 during the summer, as the unit could freeze, and the guest will be charged the cost to repair the heating/cooling system. When leaving in the summer season, turn the thermostat up to 80 degrees. When leaving in the winter season, turn the thermostat down to 60 degrees. People other than those accounted for in the booking agreement may not stay overnight in the property; if unauthorized guests are found, a fee of $300 will be retained plus $25 per person. Parties are prohibited. Pets are not allowed at the Loft at Lucky Eagle. All trash must be bagged and placed in the garbage can on the back deck area outside the door; there will be a $20 charge if this rule is not followed. Guests shall not disturb, annoy, endanger, or inconvenience neighbors, nor use the premises for any immoral or unlawful act. Any guest who is found using illegal drugs or allows others to use illegal drugs on the premises will be immediately denied continued occupancy. Parking is only allowed at the bottom of the stairs that lead up to the loft. Guests must be a minimum of 25 years or older to sign the booking agreement and be responsible for all guests in the party. The property may have one or more actively recording cameras overlooking the entrance, driveway, and backyard areas, which record audio and video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.
